Liquid Silicon will vastly improve root structure and resistance to pests and disease. The addition of silicon will help plants showing signs of drought stress. But most importantly, Liquid Silicon will interact with cellulose in the plant, greatly adding to the strength of the plant. This process begins as soon as Liquid Silicon is added and continues throughout the life of the plant.

Liquid Silicon makes stems thicker and leaves take on a darker green colour, improving their light collecting potential and boosting photosynthesis. Every process in the plant is enhanced by this, meaning stronger more vigorous growth, better resistance to pests and disease and heavier harvests.

Liquid Silicon plays a important role in the uptake and transport of mineral nutrients, and can greatly improve a plants resistance to fungal diseases.

The addition of Liquid Silicon to nutrient solutions can greatly reduce the incidence and severity of fungal diseases including Botrytis and powdery mildew.
